3 & 6 Mile Paddle Board Races -Start: 9:00am, at Moonlight Beach - Awards 10:30am. Top three finishers in each division will receive an award. - Divisions: Stock-12 ft. and under,14’, Unlimited, Women- Open class. Kapuna (50+). Stand-up Paddleboard, under 12'6" and over 12'6" - Beach start and finish. - Extras: All participants will receive a race t-shirt and assorted sponsor swag, post race refreshments, and entry into draw prizes. The 2010 Key West Paddleboard Classic is an annual ocean paddleboard race in the tropical setting of Key West, FL. Participants will enjoy a challenging 12-mile course circling the island through scenic mangroves, passing by the historic Seaport District, and gliding by island coral reefs. The race begins and ends on famous Smathers Beach and will welcome about 250 paddlers from around the world.

Start: 8:30am, 1 Mile Open Water Swim, to start and finish at Moonlight Beach after the last Triathlon wave. Awards: 10:30am. Top three finishers in each division will receive an award. - The open water swim race will be a mass start on the beach. The course will be a one mile loop finishing on the beach. Extras: All participants will receive a race t-shirt and assorted sponsor swag, post race refreshments, and entry into draw prizes. The 7th Annual Steel Pier Classic is a professional and amateur surfing contest located in Virginia Beach, VA. It is produced by the Virginia Longboard Federation (VLF), a 501 C3 non profit organization that aids the community through surfing endeavors. The VLF gets together every Memorial Day Weekend at the best surfing destination in Virginia Beach, affectionately known as The Jetty to promote the art of longboard surfing. Event Details

The Stand-up Paddleboard Surfing Championships at the San Clemente Ocean Festival is an SUP event open to everyone. Judging will be based on progressive & classic maneuvers and style (50%-50%).
